Our Mission

Our purpose is to help investors amplify their wealth by accessing and reinvesting more of their money.

WealthAmp began when fellow investors started asking me about the viability of using Cost Segregation Analyses as a method to reduce the tax burden on their rental property businesses. Cost Segregation has been used for decades in commercial and industrial real estate, and is common in nearly all transactions. Previously the benefits of an analysis were not worth the costs associated for the residential class of real estate. Changes to the tax code via the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 significantly changed depreciation guidance for residential real estate. Because of this, Cost Segregation is an option that every buy-and-hold investor should be familiar with as a tool to incorporate in their long-term investing strategy.
